Reimagining Land with Purpose:
Why Renting to Meadowbrook Farm is a Smart, Regenerative Investment

If you own land—whether it's currently farmed, idle, used for hunting, or simply waiting for the right opportunity—Meadowbrook Farm offers you a chance to partner in something bigger than traditional renting. We’re looking to work with landowners who care about the future of their soil, the health of their local environment, and the long-term value of their property. Renting your land to Meadowbrook Farm isn’t just a transaction—it’s a partnership rooted in transparency, respect, and stewardship. We believe in working with landowners, not just leasing from them. Our goal is to build long-term relationships that improve the land, increase its value, support wildlife, and grow healthy food—all without mining the soil or overusing chemical inputs.

Meadowbrook Farm, based near Sartell, Minnesota, is a five-generation family operation recognized as a leader in regenerative farming. We were honored as the 2024 Outstanding Conservationist of the Year in both Stearns County and the state of Minnesota, and were named a finalist for the prestigious Leopold Conservation Award. These accolades reflect our deep commitment to restoring soil health, improving water quality, and enhancing biodiversity across every acre we manage. Our approach is rooted in science-backed practices like no-till farming, cover cropping, compost application, and smart nutrient management. We've eliminated commercial phosphorus and potassium fertilizer use—relying instead on biology, compost, and manure to feed the soil. These regenerative methods improve the land year after year, making it healthier, more resilient, and more productive for the long haul.

When you rent to Meadowbrook Farm, you’re not just leasing your land—you’re inviting a team of passionate conservationists to enhance it. We offer full transparency with yield data, soil health test results, and regular crop updates, so you always know how your land is performing. We treat rented acres with the same care and attention as our home farm, prioritizing long-term health over short-term gain. Our goal is to earn your trust over time by showing real improvements in soil quality, crop health, and field performance. We’re not interested in short-term contracts—we want to build lasting partnerships that benefit both you and the land.

For hunters and conservation-minded landowners, our work also supports vibrant wildlife populations. We plant diverse cover crops and leave unharvested crop zones to provide forage and habitat for deer, birds, and pollinators. We’ve restored more than 245 acres of wetland and stream buffers, and we continue to expand wildlife zones every year. That means richer habitat, better hunting, and a healthier ecosystem right on your land.

In fact, Meadowbrook Farm was the first in Minnesota to earn all five endorsements from the Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program—including for soil health and wildlife habitat. Our conservation results aren’t just promises—they’re proven outcomes, backed by awards, peer recognition, and real soil data. We know that trust must be earned, and we do that by showing landowners how their soil improves under our care—season after season.

If you’re looking to lease your land and want more than just a rent check, we invite you to talk with us. We’ll bring your acres into our regenerative farming system, enhance their health and value, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Let’s grow together—with trust, transparency, and a shared respect for the land.
